"Give Me A Moment"

This work has gone through many journeys to arrive at this point, exploring the transience of emotional states. Robb experimented with thinning paints and letting them run and bleed in and out of each other, changing their speed and direction, letting them muddy, allowing the process to lead the way. Using pencil and oil sticks more than a brush has given the process a grittier, angrier, stabbing feel. This work is an exploration of mental health, identity and the need for time.
